The following describes the terms on which Referal Exchange offers you the use of our service

1. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Referral Exchange and applies to your use of the Referral Exchange services. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our services. By signing up and actively using Referral Exchange you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Referral Exchange. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Referral Exchange. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

2. You agree to use one identifying username only  and e-mail address  and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses.

3. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Referral Exchange be detected it may result in possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

4. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Referral Exchange. You agree to receive e-mail newsletters from Referral Exchange.

5. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Referral Exchange, your account may be terminated. This applies to e-mail accounts returned for being full.

6. You must not promote Referral Exchange through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.  Referral Exchange strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming shall be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.

7. Only 1 free advert / banner per member per week during pre-launch, any additional banners submitted will be immediately deleted.

8. The website you are promoting / advertising must :

* NOT contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
* be english.
* NOT contain or promote any viruses

9. Banners must not exceed 460 x 60 and number of words not exceed 30.

10.Referral Exchange may, at any time, choose to edit, add or delete parts of this agreement and make changes without any prior notification. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in Referral Exchange following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
