Can I submitt more than 1 banner? Yes, you can submit as many as you like but only one free or reduced price ad per week during the pre-launch

Can I add the same banner several times if I pay for the entry?  No, because the idea is to offer a variety of choice, if all the spaces are filled with banners from the same site the turnover will slow down.  Once your banner has been removed though it can be added again.

There is already a banner for the site I would like to promote on your page, can I add one too?  Yes you can add a banner that is the same as one already submitted by someone else.

Why is there several sections on each page?  The idea is to keep the banners changing regularly, if there is more choice then more people are likely to find a site they would like to join.

Why charge?  We need to charge a small cost to cover our administration and hosting fees as well as the fees from our payment processors.  We are offering some free exchanges initially to promote the service.

Why was my banner not placed directly under the section I chose from? During busy periods we may get 2 or more referrals joining from the same banner before it has been removed.  When this happens we will place the replacing banners stricktly in the order we receive them.

How long do I need to stay a member of the site I have joined? We ask you to agree to be an active member for one month. This excludes the HYIP and AutoSurf Sites, for these you need to agree to participate for a minimum of one 'term' as specified by each site.

Can I promote the site I have just joined on Referral Exchange? Yes just get your referral id and send it to us once you have joined another site or program in exchange.

Why have I not received my paid to sign up fee yet?  We always ask for confirmation from your sponsor that you are an active member before forwarding the fee, however if we get no response from the sponser after a reasonable time we will send the fee to you.

Why is the sign up fee only paid by 1 payment method?  Currently we forward the fee from the sponser from the account the money went into, ie your sponser paid $5 for you to sign a program by Alert Pay, we will send you the funds from the Alert Pay account.  In the future we intend to forward all the fees by all payment methods.
